Family Therapy

In family therapy, rather than working with any one individual, we work with the entire family system. We see what the patterns are in the family between the people and in the entire system of the family itself. Through doing this, we may be able to highlight certain systemic patterns in the family that may be exacerbating problems and work with the whole system to move toward greater wholeness and health. Our practice of family therapy is influenced by structural, strategic, and attachment-based models of what helps families thrive.
