Individual therapy is best if you are struggling with more extreme difficulties and symptoms. These typicallly include anxiety, depression, suicidality, and general overwhelm with life tasks. Often times, these feelings are rooted in earlier life experiences and we create a safe relationship and space so that you may explore what might be driving these symptoms for you. We integrate effective mainstream therapies such as Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapies with leading-edge trauma therapies such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems. However, we tailor all the approaches we use to your particular personality and life circumstances
